"Joy Church is a church that connects with one another through the Gospel and communicates with the world through the love of Jesus Christ. We pass on our faith to the next generation in our homes, share the Gospel with our community and the nations, and bear witness to God's love. Our mission is for all members to serve as missionaries, ministering to the local community and becoming an influential community that brings about change in the world."

Core Value

Building Our Lives on the Word: We hold God's Word as the most important principle for our personal lives, families, and church. We don't just know the Word, but we live it out to prove its truth to the world.

  1. Unity in Diversity: We seek to become one in Christ, transcending all races and cultures. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we love and unite with one another, becoming a community that shares God's peace with the world.

  2. Workers for God's Kingdom: All members participate in the work of God's Kingdom with the gifts given to them. We go beyond the church walls to serve as the light and salt in the world, building up the body of Christ.

  3. A Legacy of Faith: We consider it our most important mission to worship together as three generations and pass on our faith to the next generation. We help our children learn the values of God's Kingdom and grow into influential leaders in the world.

Joy Church Introduction

We welcome everyone who has found Joy Church in the name of Jesus Christ. Joy Church is a missional community that lives out God's love in the real world, under the vision that 'every member is a missionary.' We are dedicated to witnessing the Gospel in our homes and workplaces and serving our local community and the nations. Since our establishment in 2010, we have strived to be one in Christ, transcending racial boundaries, and serving the Stafford, Virginia area. Joy Church is a Baptist church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Fredericksburg Network. We build a healthy church centered on the Word, and we pass on our faith to the next generation by worshiping together as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generations. We look forward to having you join us in fulfilling God's dream of saving souls through the Gospel, training them as disciples, and sending them out into the world. We bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to be the 'one person' God is looking for, and to experience the power of the Gospel with us.
